Your opportunity to hear from the South West Director of CQC and other key social care professionals about the future direction of travel. There will be a range of exciting workshops and stands available for you to find out more about current innovations in the sector that could support the service you provide.  Plus valuable opportunities to share with colleagues and learn from each other.Key note speakers include:

• South West Care Quality Commission (CQC) Director – Ian Biggs
• Radio 4 Disability Correspondent and Celebrity – Peter White – BBC's Disability Affairs Correspondent. Programmes presented by Peter include: In Touch, Radio 4's programme for visually impaired listeners, Same Difference, Channel 4's disability programme, Pick of the Week and You and Yours.
• Chair of Skills for Care South West – Gary Kent – Director of NewKey, based in Devon

Workshops will be led by Rachel Mason (from Rachel K Mason Consultancy) and Skills for Care. Rachel will be explaining how she has used innovative ways to arrange support in the community bringing the modern use of Internet along side age old community spirit and exchange of skills.

And all of this for only £40 per person, inclusive of refreshments, buffet lunch, plus complimentary car parking for bookings received by 17^th June.
