Care Focus Somerset is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and as an employer-led partnership, supports the Social Care sector (Adults, LD, Children's, Supporting People) with workforce planning and development. The work we undertake is funded via service level agreements / contracts held with Somerset County Council and Skills for Care as well as tendering for additional specific projects. Our aim is to raise the quality of care in Somerset through a professional workforce.
